Instructions
- You may only take the exam once. If you have taken it already, you may not take it again.
- You may use a calculator as needed.
- Your work on this exam is governed by the College's Honor Code. In this case, you may not use any notes, books, or other material.
- The minimum score to bypass Biology 0145 is 80%.
- You have 45 minutes to complete this exam, unless instructed otherwise.
- A successful bypass means that you may take any courses that require BIOL 0145 as a prerequisite.
- A successful bypass does not count as a credit and BIOL 0145 will not appear on your transcript.
- If you anticipate applying for medical school note that medical schools may not accept your bypass exam as sufficient coursework in biology. You should consult with the Health professions office about these requirements.
- If you score greater than 80%, and thus pass the bypass exam, we will email you by 2pm. If you do not hear from us by then, you did not pass the exam and should plan accordingly.
